csv2latex software package provides command-line CSV to LaTeX file converter, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install csv2latex
csv2latex is installed in your system.
Make ensure the csv2latex package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep csv2latex *
You will get with csv2latex package name, version, architecture and description in a table
